Afterglow Kids Return Policy
At Afterglow Kids, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below:

Returns within 14 Days (USA customers only): If your items are unworn, with tags, you can return them for a full refund to your original payment method. Please ensure the items are in their original packaging. Allow up to 7 days for processing.

Returns after 14 Days but within 30 Days: Returns received after 14 days will be eligible for store credit only.
- After 30 Days we do not accept returns.

Return Shipping Fee: A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Condition of Returned Items: Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and include all original tags. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging. Damaged returns may not qualify for a refund and will be returned to you.

Return Window: The return window begins the day your package is delivered.

Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
- Accessories (including hair accessories, sunglasses, goggles, underwear, jewelry, stickers, hats, socks, backpacks, keychains, purses, masks, pool floats, pool toys, etc.) are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Sale and clearance items are also final sale and cannot be returned.
Refunds and Processing
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. If applicable, you will receive an email confirmation with store credit details. Please note that your bank may require additional time to process the refund.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange within 7 business days.
